As with a session in person, the client and I begin by having a brief chat about their requirements, then the client lies down in a quiet and comfortable space. The before and after discussions can be done by phone, Skype, or FaceTime.

Typically, no. Sessions are conducted one on one. If a parent is at all uncomfortable with this arrangement, they are encouraged to pop into the therapy room from time to time to allay any fears and check in with their child.
